Dennis provides true Integrated Stress Management (ISM) by combining soothing swedish therapeutic massage techniques, Intuitive Bodywork, Usui Reiki, and chakra balancing methods using vocal toning and Himalayan bowls. Dennis conducts Usui Reiki classes for Levels I, II and III/Master and also provides instruction for using sound to harmonize and balance the chakra system. Sound techniques provided include use of vowel sounds and Bija mantras, Berenholtz Technique, and utilization of Himalayan and/or crystal bowls.

Martha has developed her unique style of therapeutic massage which uses a variety of techniques including manual lymph drainage, cupping and muscle re-education, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Reiki.
